Funding Projects
H.B.M property Services never request funding up front! All payments for Our services become payable on completion of agreed stage payments.
For example on submission of plans and calculations, certification to D.P.C, chamber joist, plate height and completion of roofing , finishing of all internal works, or final external clearance and completion to hand over.. |

Carpentry / Joinery
All Carpentry and joinery work comply's to the NHBC publication ‘Good Craftsmanship’ – Carpentry and Joinery Part 1 – Carcassing’ and ‘Part 2 – 1st and 2nd Fixing’
All H.B.M property Services workmanship comply's with their implied conditions of construction practices.

Brick / Plaster work
NHBC – All work is to conform to the drawings and standard details, Building Regulations, including the Robust Details, British Standard, Codes of Practice, NHBC requirements and generally accepted good practice |

City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electro technical Technology Installation (Building and Structures) (2330-07)
City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electro technical Technology Electrical Maintenance (2330-08)
City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation Part Two (2360) (from January 1st 2004 onwards only) |

We only use qualified plumbers and as ‘investors in people’ trainees to levels: -
Certification for City and Guilds 6089 NVQ2 and 6129 Technical Certificate
Un vented Hot Water Storage Systems (For Building Regs Part L) |
